A little background
I went to the University of Florida for my Bachelors of Science in Animal Science where I graduated in 2020. While in school I built fence and worked in my university's processing plant during the week and cowboyed in New Mexico during the summers. After graduating, I spent two years traveling across the south and mid west working on ranches and farms in Kansas, Texas, and New Mexico.
Currently, I work full time in the meat department for Publix supermarkets perfecting my meat crafting abilities for a premier institution. These skills allow me to work with you to get the most out of any game animal I process so that your return is the best.
